Due to a goal from Anthony Gordon, Manchester United faced a setback against Newcastle.

'We had a difficult first half and said at halftime that we should consider ourselves fortunate to still be in the game. All credit to Newcastle United. We had a good comeback in the latter part of the match, and we'll discuss it tomorrow as a team. After that, we'll prepare for the next game,' said Ten Hag on TNT Sports.

Regarding his biggest concern, Ten Hag didn't want to discuss it. 'As I said, I will talk with my team. We had chances to pull off a draw, but all credit to Newcastle,' said the Dutchman. 'This team is resilient. We've seen that after the match against Manchester City. This is a tough loss, but we stick together. We have a plan and will move forward.'

Ten Hag substituted Marcus Rashford after an hour of play because he was not satisfied with him. He did not elaborate on the matter. 'I will talk to him personally and not through the media.'

Manchester United faces Chelsea next Wednesday.
